Products purchased at the  ICUMTOYS  are warranted. When requesting warranty service, you only need to provide your order phone number to begin our warranty process.

Product Warranty Policy

I, Warranty Conditions

The product will be warranted for free if the following conditions are met:

– The product is still within the warranty period.

– The product has a problem due to the manufacturer.

– Products are traded at ICUMTOYS system

– The product is complete including accessories.

– The product has not been disassembled or repaired.

– Product information must match the design, color, and size at the time of purchase.

Note: icumtoys will NOT be responsible if:

– Product warranty expires.

– The product is no longer intact.

– The product has errors during use, not due to the manufacturer.

– The product is broken or soaked in water.

– The product has been affected – disassembled and repaired.

II, Warranty Period

The warranty period will be calculated starting from the date you receive the ordered item. icumtoys clearly states the warranty period in each product, so customers should pay attention to this information.

Within a week of use, if the product has errors or cannot be used, we will verify and issue a warranty or return according to your wishes.

Note: icumtoys does not agree to warranty products that develop errors during use such as falling, being immersed in water, or changing shape. Or if repaired, there will be a fee, we hope you pay attention to this.
