REFUND POLICY

  1. ICUMTOYS will implement an exchange/return policy and refund customers in the following cases:

a.  Incorrect product ordered: If you receive the product and check that it does not correspond with your order, you can call our hotline directly. We will check and replace the correct item you requested.

b. Product is defective or expired: Please check the product before receiving. If you discover that the product has any damage during transportation or technical errors, please refuse the order and send the product back to ICUMTOYS. We will fix it and send you a replacement order.

c. Product not as expected will be exchanged for another product provided the product is new and intact, has no signs of use, and has all accompanying accessories.

1, Conditions on Refund and Exchange Time

  • Within 7 days from when you receive the goods, the product must be new and unused.
  • Customers have paid in advance but have not received the goods, or have paid but the product is out of stock, or in case the product is defective, damaged, or different from the advertisement,  ICUMTOYS will bear the cost of two-way transportation

2, Refund – Return Process

2.1: Refund in the following cases:

  • Have paid for the product but have not received it yet.
  • Received the product but there was an error from the manufacturer.
  • Change your intention to buy. (We will deduct two-way shipping fees)

2.2: Return products:

After receiving valid return request information from the customer, icumtoys staff will confirm and check the invoice information about the product status and the customer’s wishes, from which we will confirm. Verify and plan to return the product according to your request.

The validity period of the service as well as the costs for returning and adjusting the service will be agreed upon by both parties in the appendices of the contract.

The above refund, delivery and return policies may be amended during the service provision process.
