DELIVERY POLICY

ICUMTOYS store applies nationwide delivery service, for customers who buy products on the website, fan page or by phone, not applicable for customers who buy directly at the store.

Orders in the central area near  icumtoys ‘s location  will be quickly shipped by us, orders in other provinces will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping Company. like VNPT, Viettel Post or Grab.

1, Delivery Time

Orders in Ho Chi Minh City – the time you receive the requested product will only take about 30 minutes in the inner city area, and 60 minutes for neighboring suburban areas. We will book fast delivery services such as Grab, Gojek, it only takes a few minutes for you to receive the goods immediately.

In some unexpected cases such as your order being delivered during rush hours, or rainy season, the delivery time may be later than expected.

For orders in other provinces and cities – shipped in the form of COD – cash on delivery, it takes about 2 to 3 days to receive the ordered product. In case of failure to deliver the first time, we will let the shipper communicate the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time within that week. Note: If you order on holidays, the delivery time will definitely be longer than usual.

For some orders you need urgently and you live far from the store, we will use express service, which can receive the goods quickly in just 24 hours.

Whether the order is in the city or other provinces, please pay attention to the phone ring, we will call to confirm the ordered product and deliver it to your desired location. We strongly suggest you use Zalo, WhatsApp, or WeChat for effective communication.

ICUMTOYS always tries to keep everyone’s trust for fast delivery. However, orders placed on Sunday morning would be delivered from 1:00 pm.

Order processing time will be calculated from receipt of your completed payment.

Delivery time can be changed if requested by the customer and in case of natural disasters or other special events.

2, Shipping Fee

We always support everyone when purchasing our products, delivery within Ho Chi Minh City area: Shipping fee is about 30,000 VND. However, if you make orders more than 1 million VND, the shipping is free.

Orders in other provinces will depend on the length of the distance + weight of the item being transported to calculate shipping costs. <For large valuable orders, you will receive free shipping and valuable gifts>

In case you change your mind about purchasing, but the Shop has previously packaged and shipped, you only need to pay a shipping fee of 50k.
